Dear Dr……….., You may recall that I contacted you two years ago as I was having problems with my eyes. You suggested that I should take Vital Q10 every other month. I have been taking this on a regular basis, and find it really helps the body making me feel pretty good. I have now been diagnosed with 'Fuchs' Corneal Dystrophy' which is an inherited condition whereby the pumps in the cornea do not pump the water from the eyes effectively, which damages the cells; they wear out and do not renew themselves with eventual loss of sight. I wonder in this scenario would the Vital Q10 help to delay the deterioration or have you any other nutritional medicine which might be more appropriate. I have been informed that eventually a corneal graft is the only option. I'm pretty good at the moment and they are not interfering with my every day life and I only occasionally have blurred eyes. I am still taking the Ostobolan, for the osteoporosis and osteoarthritis and am coping very well, a good diet, no sticks and no pain killers; I can't thank you enough. OSTOBOLAN®

Questions/comments: I have osteoporosis and came off HRT five years ago. Since then I've had a scan and my bone density has deteriorated considerably. I am getting terrible back pain at the top of my spine with the stoop getting worse. I am taking 'Risedronte' weekly and 1000mg of Calcichew daily. I am now getting calcified ligaments/tendons so I assume the calcium is not going into the bones but perhaps being deposited in the soft tissue which is bending my joints out of place. I also have osteoarthritis but have had some relief from this since taking 'Hemp Oil'. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or eat meat. I take great care with my Diet and do not eat any packaged foods or drinks. I would like to know the ingredients used in your product, and please will it help me. I have taking 'Ostobolan' for nine weeks and I vaguely remember reading somewhere that the dose of six capsules a day should be reduced to four capsules a day after eight weeks. Can you please confirm how many capsules I should now be taking? I am very pleased with the treatment, and can feel a general improvement, especially as now I do not have to contend with the side effects of the drugs. My Doctor is taking blood tests to check that everything is going along OK; at the last test all my vitals were perfect!! Many thanks

Dear Dr…. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at 38 years of age, when my first child was 15th months old. I had already fractured 3 of my vertebrae, and following the birth of my second child fractured another five whilst trying to pick up the baby capsule. I have to tell you my story.
I found out that I had osteoporosis in 1986 when I broke my ankle. Since then I have had to use a cane in order to walk. Then in 1989 I also tore a thigh muscle and that put my ability to walk much almost to nil. The doctors told me that my ability to walk will never improve and for the past 13 years that has been true. To make matters even worse, I have since then also developed arthritis in by back and hips and arms and hands, all over.
I could not sleep through the night completely because of the pain and when I would get up in the night, I was stiff and it was difficult and painful to get moving again. I had to hold on to the wall and furniture in order to pick anything up from the floor.
I am not able to take painkillers such as Aspirin, Tylenol or Advil, because I only have one kidney and the other one is not strong either. I lived with constant and strong pain day and night.

10 years ago at the age of 58 I had a "total knee replacement" on my left knee due to advanced deterioration of the cartilage and constant pain. I thought that it is about time to tell you my story. I am 64 year old, last year May 26, 2002, I was involved in quite a bad accident. I was TE-Boned at the driver side of my car at an intersection. My Mother age 79 who is living in Spain was diagnosed with Osteoporosis, her Doctor prescribed a drug called .... for her which she took for the first time. Vor ca. anderthalb Jahren wurde ich durch eine meiner Kundinnen zum ersten Mal auf die Vital Q10 aufmerksam. Ich bin selbständige medizinische Fußpflegerin und arbeite zusätzlich in einer orthopädischen Privatklinik als assistierende Schwester im OP-Bereich.

Wie versprochen, gebe ich Ihnen kurz Bericht w/ meines Rückenleidens. Zum Glück lernte ich Sie ja im Februar d.J. anlässlich meines Aufenthaltes in D. durch eine Bekannte kennen, und Sie haben sich meine Krankengeschichte angehört, die wie folgt verlief: Bereits im Alter von 20 Jahren wurde ich, bedingt durch den schweren Beruf als Kfz-Mechaniker, mit immer wieder auftretender Rückenschmerzen (Bandscheibe) konfrontiert. Seit dieser Zeit wurde ich laufend von einem Spezialisten behandelt (anfangs Krankengymnastik, verschiedene Therapien etc.). Seit Jahren schleppte ich mich mühsam die Stufen zu meiner Wohnung im 1. Stock meines Zweifamilien-Hauses hinauf und vermied tunlichst alles, was mich zu sehr anstrengte. Krankheitsbild:

2. Regelmaessig auftretende Entzuendungen des Ischias-Nervs, rechts / links und unterhalb der Schulterblaetter sowie Spontelosis 3./ 4. Nackenwirbel.

Vorherige Behandlungen:
- zahlreiche Anwendungen mit Heublumen- und Fangopackungen und anschliessender Spezialmassagen

Da alle Bemuehungen keine Besserung eintreten liessen begann ich mich damit abzufinden, dass ich eben damit leben muesse.

Aber dann kam die Wende, durch Freunde lernte ich den Forscher und Hersteller des mir bis dahin unbekannten Naturheilmittels "Ostobolan®" kennen, welcher meine Deformierung der Fingergelenke sofort bemerkte und von meinen Leiden erfuhr. Voller neuer Hoffnung begann ich auf seinen Rat hin sofort mit der aggressieven Einnahme von Ostobolan, d.h. je 3 Stueck morgens und abends.

In Kuerze stellte sich meine fruehere Beweglichkeit beim Aufstehen, Buecken und Verrichten der Hausarbeiten wieder ein. Die Gelenkentzuendungen traten ab hin und wieder doch noch auf. Aber ich gab nicht nach, nahm weiterhin Ostobolan® in der genannten Menge und nach fast einem Jahr wurde eine neue Knochendeichtemessung in der Carlos Clinik erstellt, welch eine Ueberraschung, mein T-score der Wirbelsaeule von vorher - 3.4 hatte sich auf - 0.21 erheblich verbessert. Die zusaetzliche Messung des Hueftgelenkes ergab einen Tscore von 0.06.

Voller Freude reduzierte ich Ostobolan® auf 4 Stueck taeglich, und - einem zu glauben - mein Vertrauen und meine Ausdauer haben sich gelohnt, denn seit mehr als 7 Monaten sind keinerlei Entzuendungen mehr aufgetreten.

Krankheitsbild: im letzten Oktober traten bei körperlichen anstrengenden Arbeiten Schmerzen im Kreuz auf. Nach etwa drei Wochen verschwanden die Schmerzen, nachdem ich mich ausruhte und mich hinlegte. Bis dann aber bereits im November die Schmerzen permanent da waren, während irgendwelchen Arbeiten, im Stehen, im Sitzen und v.a. auch nachts im Liegen. Länger als zwei Stunden könnte ich nicht mehr schlafen. Kurz gesagt, es gab nichts mehr was ich mit Leichtigkeit hinkriegte. Ich war nicht mehr ich selbst. So dachte ich, was wiederum Depressionen erzeugte.

Besuch beim Orthopäden: Seine Diagnose: Skoliose im LWS-Bereich, sowie Schulterbereich, dadurch Arthrose.

Behandlungsplan des Orthopäden: Körperübungen zur Streckung der Wirbelsäule und Kräftigung der Muskelatur. Permanentes Tragen eines Korsetts während mindest 3 Monaten. Zehn Behandlungen bei der Physiotherapeutin. Schwimmen, Radfahren, Nachts ein Rundkissen in die Kniekehle, Schlafposition nur auf dem Rücken und und und. Gegen die Schmerzen: Voltaren, sollte ich diese Anweisungen nicht strikt befolgen, prophezeite der Arzt mir den Rollstuhl in genau zwei Jahren. Das Rundkissen hilft tatsächlich und entlastet die Wirbelsäule, ebenso die Physio und das Schwimmen taten mir enorm gut. Hingegen ist Voltaren in meinen Augen eine Droge. Die Schmerzen bleiben und hinzu kommen sehr unangenehme Nebenerscheinungen wie Übelkeit, Durchfall, Schläfrigkeit und generelles Unwohlsein. Die Ratschläge des Arztes halfen mir zum Teil aber richtig befriedigend war ich keineswegs. Ich begab mich auf die Suche. Anfangs dieses Jahres fand ich im Kräuterhaus ......, ein neues Arthroseprodukt auf Naturbasis. Inhaltsstoffe: Glucosamina und Chondroitina. Dazu ein ausführliches Buch eines griechischen Arztes. Das Buch leuchtet ein, von den Kapseln mußte ich erbrechen.

Ich suchte weiter, oder es war eine glückliche Fügung, dass ich Ostobolan endeckte. Mit täglich sechs Kapseln ( manchmal habe ich es sogar vergessen ) bin ich nach drei Wochen total schmerzfrei. Egal was ich tue. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich z.Zt. vermehrte Aufgaben zu bewältigen habe, beruflich wie privat. Ostobolan muss ein Wunder sein, noch vor einem Monat hatte ich das Gefühl, als ob ich in der Mitte entzwei wäre. Nach drei Wochen Ostobolan fühle ich an der Stelle, wo zuvor nur Schmerzen waren, eine wohlige Wärme. Das tote Gefühl in den Beinen bis zu den Füßen ist verschwunden.
